So guys in this session let we talk about OSI model

OSI Model

if we talk about OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) model than sure you have burning question what is the OSI model ? and why we need it ?

i will give you answer of your all question

So guys i will explain why we need OSI and after than we clear about what it the OSI?

 ⇒      in  history of computer the IBM made SNA (System Network Architecture) protocol to making communication there devices in same case DEC ( Digital Equipment Corporation) launch LAT (Local Area Transport) for communication their devices and they can share messages and resources to each other using LAN (Local Area Network) for local network and 

for wide area  they are connect one LAN to another LAN by using cabling of telephone 

⇒ Disadvantages 

1.    Both vendor using their own protocol for making for communication  so same hardware and resources need in every offices and branches 
2. There are no centralized method for managing and troubleshooting network
3. we can share only the information in same devices of any particulate  vendor so there are not prove the best example of network 
4. if any new vendor come with their product and make their own rule for making communication between devices the result is internet device in part as per vendor and their protocol 
5. as per the all problem we can not create internet as we use today because there are all protocol different as per vendor and their product.
6. if all vendor follow any single vendor's network protocol than they can communication with each other but there are not good for network  if it's owner any private company 

for the solve all problem IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) make OSI protocol for making communication to devices.

the result is if ant vendor follow this protocol for their devices they can connect with each-other and send their resources with each other
